Solar Panel Installation

At Clean Energy USA we have made Solar Panel Installation a 7 step process.

  1. Site Evaluation

One of our trained sales consultants will come to your home and take a variety of detailed measurements and readings. In addition to determining exactly what size system your site can accommodate, the sales consultant will also use a sophisticated computer analysis tool called a sun eye to determine annual shading.

The sun eye provides reliable calculations of the average annual sunlight and shading your roof receives, taking into account seasonal variation and orientation to the sun for the entire year. Knowing the potential efficiency of the system at a given location on your roof allows for optimum system design and placement.

  2. Customer Sit-Down Meeting

You will have a detailed discussion with trained sales staff about:

    • How the solar array works.
    • Discussion of available grants, tax credits, rebates, and other benefits of utilizing renewable energy, applicable to your area.
    • The various financing options that are available.
  3. Proposal Generation

Upon your request, the next step is for the sales consultant to meet with Clean Energy USA engineers and operations staff to determine system size, viability, and installation details.

We then speak with the manufacturer about equipment availability and lead times, and work to get you the best price possible for your solar power system.

  4. Sign and Save

Once you understand the in and outs of your solar energy system, all that’s left is to sign the following documents:

    • The Purchase Contract - Exactly what it sounds like. This is the contract between you and clean Energy USA for your new renewable energy system.
    • The Interconnection Agreement- This document is the formal request for permission from your power company to tie your renewable energy system to the power grid.
    • The Application for Rebate/Grant Reservation - This crucial document gets filed with the state. Its approval is what entitles you to your state rebate.
  5. Process Paperwork

Our professional and courteous staff process the paperwork, order the necessary equipment, and schedule your system installation date, all while taking your specific needs into account.

  6. Installation

One of our professional Solar installation teams will install your system for maximum efficiency, while accounting for your preferences.

Once the installation is complete we will test the system and then have the system professionally inspected by a third party inspector.

After the system passes inspection, we wait for confirmation from the state to allow us to commission your system. This process usually takes a few weeks.

  7. Once we receive all final approvals, we turn your system on, and you start saving!

That's all there is to it.
